Tim Williams is our lead litigation attorney. Particularly skilled at jury trials, he has tried a number of cases to verdict. Tim handles all types of personal injury cases, including car accidents, semi-truck accidents, ATV and motorcycle accidents, airline injuries, slip and falls, work accidents, animal attacks, neck and back injuries/whiplash/herniated disks, brain injuries, nerve injuries, bone and joint injuries, neck and back surgeries, wrongful death, and much more. Some of his colleagues have nicknamed him "Dr. Williams," as he is particularly adept at the medical aspect of personal injury cases. Given his trial experience, Tim is able to settle most of his cases without the need for extensive litigation. However, Tim treats every case as though it will go to trial, loves trial work, and prepares each case accordingly.
